CaboPacific.com Listing Policies

1. CaboPacific.com lists properties from individual owners, agents, and property managers.
2. CaboPacific.com will not link your listing to your website but will advertise your property independently of all other websites.
3. All content on CaboPacific is copyrighted and may not be used or copied without the express written permission.
4. By your usage of this site, you agree to hold CaboPacific, the webmaster, Doug Porter, or Summit Pacific, Inc., harmless for any and all liability arising out of the use of this site or having a listing on one of our sites.
5. CaboPacific.com reserves the right to refuse any listing for any reason whatsoever at any time. All refunds, pro-rated refunds, reimbursements, and credits are at the sole discretion of CaboPacific.com.
6. CaboPacific.com reserves the right to edit any listing submission.
7. CaboPacific.com reserves the right to change policies, prices, web site design, listing order and methods without notice.
8. CaboPacific.com reserves the right to raise or lower prices without notice. If prices are raised, existing listings will not be charged extra until renewal time. If prices are lowered, refunds will not be given for those who may have paid more.
9. CaboPacific.com does not claim responsibility for availability, pricing accuracy, inaccuracies, or content of services or accommodation information listed on the site or linked to through the site. It is the accommodation owner/manager's responsibility to confirm rates for specific properties, property specifics, availability, amenities, reservations, and all other details, etc.
10. CaboPacific.com does not sell, rent, or loan, email addresses or personal information.
11. CaboPacific.com is a place to list and find vacation rentals and travel related services. CaboPacific.com does not engage in reservations. At times CaboPacific.com may direct rental inquiries to one or more owners or managers of vacation rentals.
12. CaboPacific.com is not responsible for the web site being down due to host server outages, or acts of God.
13. No refunds will be given for any remaining advertising time if your rental is no longer available to be rented for any reason whatsoever. These reasons include but are not limited to:
    1. You sell your vacation rental.
    2. A hurricane or other natural disaster renders your property un-rentable.
    3. Your property burns down or is otherwise rendered un-rentable.
    4. You decide not to rent your property.
    5. Travel is disrupted for any reason to Mexico or Cabo San Lucas.
    6. Any other reason whatsoever.
14. If you sell your unit, you may transfer the remaining term of your listing to the new owner by sending us the new owner's name, and contact information. We will then contact the new owner and offer to keep the listing in place. In such cases there will be a $25 transfer fee.
