A deposit amounting to 20% of the total cost is required to make a reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days prior to arrivals during Christmas and New Year's Eve).
Rental payments are absolutely nonrefundable unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same period of time; subject to a $50 reprocessing fee. You may reschedule 21 days or more in advance, (same number of nights); subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Christmas and New Year's holiday payments are nonrefundable.
