Villa Pelicano has an Ideal Oceanfront Location with 3 miles of semi-private beach right behind the home where you can enjoy beach walks, shell searching and exploring beautiful tide pools. From the deck of the house, or even from the hot tub, you'll enjoy watching tour and fishing boat traffic during the day or the distant lights of a nighttime cruise ship making its way along the coast. December 15th through the end of March is whale watching season and you can often see whales right from the home. The whales come surprisingly close occasionally putting on a spectacular show breaching just offshore from the house.

Cabo del Sol offers guests a full range of recreational and cultural activities, including two championship golf courses. Villa Pelicano is within walking distance of the Sheraton and Fiesta Americana resorts.
